You understand and agree that this is a marketing service that depends on authentic human interaction and thus requires a basic level of expectations. This is a marketing service in which the results are estimated on previous results. Results of this service and other related services are never guaranteed, as authentic growth depends on a variety of factors that are beyond control by Life Ventures Marketing INC or any followers procured by these activations. It is at any user’s discretion to follow or unfollow you if they like or dislike your content. The sole purpose of a campaign is to expedite the speed in which your audience count grows by introducing individuals to your content. We do not have contracts with these individuals and we can't promise they will like or continue to like your content at any time. It is at the discretion of the follower to decide whether or not to continue following you or engage after the campaign has ended. You understand that hosts can’t guarantee followers received during a campaign or that they will stay when the campaign ends. 

You agree and understand that Life Ventures Marketing INC will not be held responsible for any issue related to campaign purchases other than forwarding payments on your behalf to the campaign host. You understand that sponsors may change without notice and that all campaigns are listed with an “EST” (estimated launch date) to remain flexible to the sponsors, hosts and outside factors like Instagram updates, outages, low traffic rhythms etc. No refunds will be given for delays and reschedules. Refunds are only available in the event that the activation is cancelled completely, as your purchase is being forwarded to the host to pay sponsor fees & prize costs, which are non-refundable once the campaign begins. 

You acknowledge that campaign results are always a risk and that Life Ventures Marketing Inc has done it’s best to vet and research hosts before offering these services. No refunds will be given for any purchases. In the event of a dispute, this authorization will serve as a contract and formal acknowledgement of this purchase and will be forwarded to any institutions that request documentation. You understand that we do not recommend you make this purchase if you have an unanswered question that would otherwise prevent you from joining this campaign. Sponsors and participants are verified for authentic following through www.hypeauditor.com and from their Instagram insights to maximize results, however each campaign performs differently and is subject to variables; such as Instagram algorithm & level of promotion from participants. These variables can greatly impact results, thus estimated gains should never be expected, as they are never a guarantee. We do not promote campaigns that use bots to generate traffic or followers. We do not promote campaigns that buy followers to boost results.
